Submit FeedbackFirst, check that your uploaded PDFs are text-based (not scanned images). Scanned drawings without embedded text cannot be parsed by the AI. If your PDFs are text-based and generation still failed, email support@instantitp.com with your account email and the project name — we'll investigate and process a refund if the error was on our side.
Currently, ITPs are generated on demand and delivered as a direct download. We don't store the generated Excel file after it's been downloaded. If you need the file regenerated, you'll need to submit a new generation. We recommend saving your downloaded ITP immediately. We're working on a generation history feature.
InstantITP produces a solid professional draft based on the documents you provide and Australian Standards (AS 1289, AS 3600, AS 4678, MRTS series, etc.). However, AI can miss project-specific requirements or interpret ambiguous specifications incorrectly. Always review the output with a qualified construction professional before using it on a project. If you find systematic errors, email us — we use that feedback to improve the AI prompt.
PDF files only for drawings and specifications (up to 5 files, 50 MB each). For your company logo, we accept PNG, JPG, and SVG. Scanned PDFs without embedded text will not produce good results — use PDFs exported directly from design software (e.g. AutoCAD PDF, Word PDF, or MicroStation PDF).
This can happen if the browser was closed during generation or a network error occurred. Email support@instantitp.com with your Stripe receipt email and payment date. We'll verify the payment status and either regenerate your ITP or issue a full refund within 2 business days.
Email support@instantitp.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We'll remove your account and all associated data within 7 business days (excluding payment records which are retained for tax compliance).
